Nested snowman churn dash

My first attempt-cute pattern by Jane Davidson-nested churn dash. My machine is getting her annual spa, and i had s heck of a time with my backup machine. Had to dig out my Angler! Block finishes at 24"-perfect size for a medallion quilt! ;)

I too just made that block! Your center block is really cute and sets the tone for the whole block. I finished my block as a mini quilt.

What a cute block! Sometimes I feel like I've been hiding under a rock. I love the proportions of this churn dash. It's different from the one I usually make that is of even proportions of the 9-patch.
