When my Mom was in a care home (for 7 years) we bought & hung a bird feeder outside her bedroom window thinking it would be wonderful....NOT.... every time a bird flew in..the motion upset her...etc.... she was living with the results of a stroke.... I made a cute wall hanging for above her bed, and each season hung things throughout out the home.

Oh, how pretty. She will love it. It looks so real.
I know it will brighten her day. When Mama was in the nursing home, she and her roommate watched the birds at the feeder outside her window. The sun would be too bright at certain times of day, but with this landscape, she can see and enjoy it at any time. So nice of you to brighten up this lady's day. People in the nursing homes need more people who will do things like this to cheer them up. Bless you for doing this! |
