WOW! When you are finished, let us know how hard this was. I've wanted to try one, but thought it looked extremely complicated to organize. Let us know any tricks or tips after you're finished.

super sweet - love the movement and the colors are awesome - choosing fabric is my biggest hurdle at the moment.

I have the rest of the rows made--just have to get them sewed together!

I think labeling everything as you go is important. I labeled strips--labeled rows that were together--labeled baggies with partial row parts... I also used four sticky notes to border the row requirements as I went so I wouldn't look on the wrong row and make an error. Triple checking everything is also important. Sometimes the pieces will go on 17-19, but other times it may be 19-17--so triple checking is vital. The chart with the colors numbered is a MUST. I never would have been able to do this with my old machine because the 1/4" seam wasn't consistent. That seam is another vital part. There are a few squares that on't line up perfectly--but usually only 2 out of a row of 49. Not too bad.....

I found I needed four less strips of one width, but two more of two others...there just wasn't enough of the partial rows to make what I needed for the last few. But, I saved every scrap, so it wasn't a problem. There are lots of leftover partial rows in some widths... I have strips cut for a second, so I'll most likely be able to use some for that.

I'll start getting those rows together!

I am getting addicted. May need rehab if I don't make one soon.
