What size do you make your premeemie quilts? Are they 36x36 or smaller?

What a wonderful project for those tiny babies. They are so cheerful. My nephew's son was 2 lb 9 oz when he was born, causing great stress for his parents. A quilt like yours would certainly have helped. (He's six now and just fine).
