I love, love your pond - absolutely beautiful. Your quilts are just as beautiful. As far that ironing board - I guess you could cut a piece of plywood rectangular and attach to ironing board so you would have a big quilt ironing board. I want one some day.
Your quilts are both gorgeous! I love them both! And your garden is very beautiful too! I have a JN paper piecing pattern too and am hoping I don't mind all the sewing through paper.
Thank you so much for posting the link to the TradeWinds pattern. It might be just what I was looking for. |
Thanks for the link!

Beautiful quilts!
Your quilts are stunning! Love the pond as well.
Beautiful quilts - beautiful pond setting!
Stunning quilt and I also love your pond. I also have one as a ufo. It does have some fish in it but with all the heat it has turned so green.
Love your quilts; especially the geese. I thought all newer ironing boards were like that since they make the newer ones wide. Any surface that is not ridged like that (of any width) can flex too much. Ridges make it stronger and less likely to "belly". Helps take heat through also.
Both are beautiful and I love the fabrics. Glad you did not give up. Very nice.I must say your garden is just about as beautiful. Sorry about the ironing board. I hope you returned it.
Your quilts are really beautiful. I really like the Wild Goose Chase the colors are awesome. You also have a fantastic yard.

Beautiful. :P

Lovely quilts and lovely pond.
My ironing board is vented as well and works for the most part just fine. But, I also have a large table and a small board covered with foil, batting and muslin for the times when something had to be ironing on a flat, flat, smooth surface. |
Your quilts are so pretty, but that pond is amazing. Fantastic job on both. Love the trade winds and the colors.
Love your quilts and your pond/garden area is to die for.
Love the colors and the pond and flowrs are very beautiful. Do you do the landscaping too. Your artisic talents go several directions.
beautiful quilts... I never saw a ironing board like that either, I think I would return it.
Love your quilts. The pond is fantastic. Makes me realize I need to go weed., because mine does not compare to your well manicured yard.
All of your quilts are beautiful! I'm glad you stuck with it and finished it.
As for the ironing board, can you return it? If not, how about layering some left over batting in the groves and getting yourself a nice think ironing pad cover? Or use more batting to pad the one you already have? |
Beautiful and well done.
Gorgeous quilts, fantastic pond and weird ironing board. Your post has it all! Both quilts are outstanding. Thanks for showing us.

Beautiful quilts and great photography.

Beautiful quilts and pictures. Not sure what to say about the ironing board. I think plenty of padding could do the trick.
