Was it difficult to turn the basket right-side-out with the stiffer batting? Any tips? Thanks for sharing-adorable!

it WAS more difficult, yes. i just left a larger opening and i also clipped the batting corners off. to close the opening... that was a bit fussy... but lots of pins helps with that.

me, too...hopefully I find some time to make for Christmas gifts. I'm so bad about getting gifts done on time.. I still need to finish one of last years gifts. I still gave it as a gift but I had to take it back to finish, and I still don't have it done.
