Can't decide on how to lay out the blocks...Which do you like the best?

I like the second one best. I have a quilt that calls for that cut out pattern, but I have not been able to find the pattern ruler. where did you find it?

I like c! You will get votes all over the board and ultimately it is up to you.

B or D works for me. There should be some sort of psychological reason we pick certain one. I think B looks very organized. A just makes me think of Pac man and C makes me think of a question mark. I know, just call me strange.

Here's another vote for A. I like the unusual way the blocks look like they are connecting.

I had exactly the same thought! I really like the second layout the best, there is a nice symmetry to that look.

The second one makes a really pretty quilt. I did one like that . It looks like ropes going on the diagonal.
My "ropes" are all different colors on an off white background as I wanted to use up some scraps.
I would show you a picture of it but I don't know how to use my camera and cannot ask anybody to help me out.

My 1st choice would be B, 2nd choice would be C.

Don't care for A, it reminds me of pacman, but I guess I will go with the standard one D.
