use it, wash it, love it.

I think you are being too hard on yourself. So you won't be putting it in a judged quilt show. It is very pretty, the colors are beautiful. It is warm. Enjoy it and lesson learned for the future.

that is a beautiful quilt with beautiful colors!

Love the colors!! It will drape nicely and keep someone warm! Deb

You can't see anything terrible from the picture, but I do feel your pain. I just finished a giant quilt that I pretty much hated from early on in the quilting. I should have ripped it out and started over, but just couldn't bring myself to do it. It now lives way in the back of the closet.

They can't all be our favorites! My "walk of shame OBW" sits in a box in many many pieces. Fabric choice was wrong wrong wrong. Seemed pointless to finish as the blocks read the same as the original fabric. Walk proud..you followed it through!

Might look OK in the pic but the quilting is awful!, this was the project that changed my way of thinking to slow down, relax and fix it before you get too far or hate it forever!
Next time I will do better. |
I haven't had the courage to try one of these yet but love yours. Would you tell me how you made the little flowers on your borders. Thanks.

I enter a obw in the fair and boy, did I learn all the things I did wrong. Ok, moving on. I love your quilt. Colors are very pleasing. I like what you did with the extra motifs, very creative. Take it out of the closet, winter is coming and you will need something to cuddle up in.
