Just a wonderful quilt however you view it! Wherever did you find the pattern for those lovely flowers? Are they fussy cut or is there a pattern available?

ManiacQuilter2 07-28-2016 06:51 AM

Very nicely done. Someone will appreciate your hard work.

the flowers are from a panel I think from Frond . turned and top stitched on a jelly roll race background .I was a blast to make.

kaylfordsollimo 07-29-2016 11:36 AM

First one I've seen with a fantastic back - could easily be reversible. Great job.

beachlady21 07-29-2016 11:43 AM

Lady Jane 07-29-2016 12:49 PM

OMG! A treasure to be sure. It's gorgeous.

weasier22 07-29-2016 01:46 PM

WOW! Love both sides of this quilt! This would be wonderful for a female veteran. Patriotic on one side, yet very feminine on the other. Thanks for sharing.

margied 07-29-2016 02:34 PM

It would be hard to use one as the 'back' -I love both sides but I'm really interested in the big flowers! Where did you get the pattern for them?I have been looking for a big flower pattern and can't seem to find one.

MargeD 07-29-2016 03:22 PM

Absolutely gorgeous, front and back. One lucky veteran will be truly blessed with this quilt.

annette1952 07-30-2016 08:51 AM

Just beautiful! How did you do the backing? Is it appliqued?

orangeroom 07-30-2016 09:23 AM

I really like your quilt! So neat to see lovely double sided quilts! Recently made one of the slice and add a strip blocks but never would have thought about slicing from one side to it's neighboring side vs opposite side. So simple, but so ingenious!

joyful1 07-30-2016 11:12 AM

Wow, both sides are spectacular!

zozee 07-30-2016 11:20 AM

Wow! A beautiful and reversible quilt! Very thoughtful and creative.

Thanks for explaining how you did the big flowers. Some of us might borrow your plan!

callen 07-30-2016 04:41 PM
