When I first bought my Handi Quilter 7 years ago, a very good friend went and bought 12 quilt tops. She brought them to me and said to take my time and practice! Well, this is the last one!! Until now I was nowhere ready to quilt this quilt. The county fair starts this week and I am hoping she will put this in! The customer gets this tomorrow. I can't wait to show her. I am convinced she has forgotten that I even had this.

Harriett .... all the "practice" you have put into this art really shows ..... In the last year you have shown other excellent work ..... each time your quuilting presentation gets a little more breath-taking ....
You are a great inspiration ..... I am glad you are reminding us this is not an over-night accomplishment -- that it has taken you seven years to hone this skill ... So many newbies feel that by the third quilt it should be oh-so-easy and oh-so-perfect ..... Yes, you are a realistic inspiration ...
