Black

I like the red.. makes the center square POP..

Normally I'd say black but after really looking at it, I think the red binding flows with the red cornerstone and center. I say, flip a coin.........lol.

Either will look great but I think I'd use the black.

I like the black. Seems the pattern shows more. With the red it draws your eye to the binding and the beautiful runner fades out.

The black looks like it should be the next color in line after the white fabric on the ends. I love the colors and whoever receives it will like it no matter which color you choose.

I would audition white before deciding.
