I love them all, but I like #4 the best.

What great designs! I would choose #6.

Seriously, which ever one you choose will be lovely and he will appreciate it.

Personally, I liked #6. But, all the colorways you designed are beautiful and would make a great gift for him.

i like 5 and 2! all of them are amazing though

Thanks for all your opinions. As I said I am new to this site and it is great to feel so welcome. I am going to ask him but like others have said I know he will probably tell me to make whichever one I want. I hope to start it in a month or so but I will post pictures when it is finished.

If I were making a quilt for a gentleman, I would utilize earth tone colors. Of yours posted, I like #2 but they are all nice. You are fortunate to have this thing called an EQ5 and able to see before you make. Visuals do help, even if they are colored pencils and graph paper as I do it. Good luck and do post your finished quilt.
