I like the second one with the color slashing. The white is too stark and the yellow way too bright.

I think the yellow makes your

Look at the link "I finally finished my mom's dresden plate quilt" It's all white and pretty. But I still like color.

I really like the yellow best. My second choice is the white. It is just beautiful either way

I am a newbie to quilting, but my opinion......I love the yellow sashing to match the centers. I would not put the 9 patches at each corner. To me, they draw the eye away from the focus centers.
Using the 9 patches look the best with the white sashings. With the white, the 9 patches act like little stars. I will love to see what you end up with. |
