Hello to everyone,
I took some time to admire all the fabulous quilts that people have been making! We have been a very very busy board!!!! Such creativity among us!!!! Truly inspiring. I've been having fun with triangle frenzies in the last couple of days! Here's a pic of a table centerpiece and two place mats that are done: And here's where I need the creativity juices from everyone! Vote time! Option # 1 Option # 2 And for the softer look Option # 1 Option # 2 Thanks for voting, and thanks so much for looking! |
Pretty fabrics. I vote #1 for the dark and #2 for the light. I really like the green ones too. Did you do that the same way you did the runners?
I vote the same as FAbStripper.
I like #2 and #2 but I have made some of these and it is often hard to chose which way to go as they all look so great. I would say you cannot lose no matter which option you finally decide on.
#2 +#2 gets my vote.
I like them all
#1 first and #2 second.
I think #1 first and #2 second too.
i can't choose between the first ones' options.. they are both great. on the softer one, i vote for option 2 because i don't care for the angled straight lines on the ends.
Do u know the two green placemats in the first picture are screwy? The green pieces on the bottom are reversed or something, just a fyi! I like number two on both the other runners
Number 2 for both!
For the darks, I prefer option # 1 as that black central piece gets framed, showcased and the colors really pop, to my eyes.
For the softer look, I prefer option #2, as the symmetry appeals to me more. |
I like #2 for the dark and #2 for the light. All are gorgeous.
These are great!
I vote 2&2. Very pretty .
I like #2 on both! I have made some of these and have more planned. I agree that the placement options are tough to choose from! Lots of fun, though!

#1 without a doubt on the autumn runner. The black in the center really makes it pop without the runner looking too dark.
#2 for the pink floral. The first pink looks too busy between all the floral & then diagonal lines running through it. |
My vote is 2 and 2. The finished mini quilts are beautiful.
Option 1 for the dark, option 2 for the light get my vote for favorites.

Either option works for the dark for me but for the light only #2 works for me.
I like the ones with the borders on the perimeter that draw in eye inward. I would not choose the light one that creates angles that go outward. I really like the design of this pattern and you chose wonderful fabrics.
I like 2 and 2.
#2 both times. Pretty!
1 and 2 also in that order.
I LOVE the ones that were in the first picture. I love that you used shading and the fabrics were perfect. I prefer the 2nd one being I love florals.
It is really hard to decide, they are all lovely... But I vote for #1 for dark & # 1 for the pink
Option #2 for both.

The first runners are both beautiful, it just depends on your taste. I vote the the first one. For the softer one, I think the pink needs to be around the outside to frame the pretty flowers. |
could u show the 'before' fabric...i see the triangle cuts, but trying to figure what type of fabric motif to look for....very nice all of them...

No. 2 for both. These are beautiful! As are your centerpiece frenzy and your placemats!
#2 and #2 for me also! Lovely fabrics!
I vote #2 on both~~ :)
I vote #1 on the first and #2 on the second. Are these hard to do and is there a pattern available?
