I like the floral, but would do a nice sized 'frame' in the red, to put the focus on the blocks, where it belongs.

It depends on what you are going to put with it in pieced blocks? If you were not going to put pieced blocks, I would probably go with the big hearts. If you are going to do pieced blocks with white, I would go with the first red floral. I think the pieced blocks with the big hearts could cut up the print too much?

Ok! the last one got the most kudos. I added extra working to both side and will sash the blocks with solid red then fill in the rest of the space with the heart fabric. Hope it looks good. That is a lot of embroidery added. Thanks to everyone. Will try and get the top done before the nights over.
