I think the Show website said that there is reverse applique on it. It's fabulous. Thank you so much for all the pictures, so we get to see more of the details.

How did you get permission from the quilter and AQS so fast? I have pics I would like to share also, but they clearly state you need permission from both. Can you tell me how to get it??

I can only "guess" that it is a lace like trim treatment, but heavy stuff like you would find on heavy drapery. She used a few other trims just the inside of the binding, and around one or two of the borders.

I'm only guessing mind you as there was no "write up" on any of the quilts. Perhaps we'll find out in the next issue of the AQS magazine.

Wouldn't it be funny if she had actually done that? What a beautiful quilt but I doubt that I will ever (or would want to!) do one even remotely like it.
