Don't you just love the precision of paper piecing? once you get the hang of doing everything upside down and backwards? Beautiful color choices. The blender red makes the roses look alive!

Came out really nice. I'm waiting to do the New York Beauty. I keep buying batiks but never get around to do it. Someday

I like roses much better than the NYB . This is very pretty and you did a grand job.

Your topper is beautiful. You should never say never :-) keep woring on paper piecing you'll get better and beter until you feel confident to do the new York beauty.

Jan you did a beautiful job on your first project, I think you should just go for it and make the new York beauty, you just proved you are more than capable of doing it.
It is better to try than regret it later, but I more than think you will do a beautiful job.
