Ugly? NO WAY! I like it!

Are you giving it to your daughter now?

Very nice quilt Eddie. Is it the contrast of the bright white with darks, or can you figure out the reason(s) you don't like it. Looks like a Swiss Cross to me. Whoever gets it will be proud to own it. I vote that it's a keeper.

you simply amaze me with your talent. And this is not ugly, and I'm impressed that you still don't have a UFO. It's only a matter of time, you know....

I think it's another gorgeous one - I'll send my address!

Eddie

That's another gorgeous quilt - I absolutely love that design range from Moda- it is sort of a spin on civil war fabrics isn't it.

Love the border & backing fabrics too - are they also Moda?

Love your quilt Pzazz

As you mentioned as long as the recipient Kaitlin likes it nothing else seems to matter. The odd block adds to it's originality too. It's a beauty

Eddie...I like all the others...like your quilt! What a surprize...I thought when I opened the thread...hah...Eddie finally made an ugly one....nope...still hasn't happened!

I like it. Though, I totally understand how you feel. I've made a few that started out as great ideas...then I got that "ugh, what was I thinking" feeling while assembling. Once done, everyone loves them and I don't mind them as much as I did while working on them. I think my mood at the moment has a lot to do with my perception of how it looks. Sometimes putting it aside for awhile is the best thing.

So, what's next? I always look forward to seeing your quilts! :)
