I love that tree skirt. I have wanted to do one myself but been kinda afraid to do it. I think it is very pretty.

I really enjoyed doing the tree skirt. Big enough to be easy for a beginner, but small enough that it didn't take that long. I found the pattern on the net.

Wonderful feather quilting. Was it free hand or did you use a stencil?

I traced it onto Press and Seal and stuck it on the quilt, then quilted through. The hardest part was moving the queen size quilt around on my table and having lots of threads from where I started and stopped.
