This is my first Rag Quilt. This was made for a friend as a pray quilt who lost her mother recently.[/img][img]

This is a very thoughtful gift. You are a good friend to make her something to comfort her, a loss like that can be really hard to take without the support of your friends and family.

Very lovely and colorful quilt. Did you use cottons in this and what did you use for the batting? I have some charm packs I have been wanting to make into a rag quilt. Yours may just give me the push I need to start it. Thanks for posting. Dixie in Alabama
