At first the block looked like 2 bombs, but then I saw the finished quilt...Kaboom!!! I love it!
Beautiful. I love cherries and berries.
I love your creation! It is just darling. Love the colors and design. Great job.
I, too have a thing for cherries. My last name is "Cherry". You made a Cherry nice quilt.:)
What size is your Cherry block? I think the cherry block would make a great pillow for our family room...that is already filled with a cherry rug and a picture of cherries over the mantle. Having cherry as a last name has been fun. Thanks for sharing your work of art. (heart). |

Nice cherries quilt.
Great design and very cute.
Just adorable!! Are the stems pieced into the white squares or appliqued on?
I love your quilt. Great job on the graphing.
Nice quilt.

Love it! Where there is a will, there is a way. Great perseverance and wonderful result.
Very sweet block and quilt design! Wouldn't this block be cute as a pocket on a apron?
I put up 15 gallons of cherries last year from our tree and gave away gallon bags of them before I started! Wow, I couldn't keep up with hubby picking them from the tree. Thank goodness for cherry pitters. |
That is so cute.
Awesome job. I too love the cherry season, usually spend it at the fruit stand and in the bathroom lol

I love your "cheerful cherry" quilt - awesome job!
I'm usually not a big fan of paper piecing, but this is one of the cutest quilts I've ever seen! Would love to make it myself. Methinks you have a bit of the artist in you.
Oh, how adorable!
Sooo cute! Cool that you used graph paper to design your block. Not all of us can afford a quilting program. Old tried and true methods work!

Its 12 inches finished. Cherry for a last name is too cute! Love how you've decorated with your last name. But it made me think about a former co-worker...Carl Butt...He pronounced it Bute, but you and I know its Butt. Reckon his wife made him a butt pillow and butt rug?
I look forward to seeing the Cherry pattern on your blog. Will you post the name of your blog please? Thanks bunches |

Well done! I like the cherries, they look great. I love red in quilts, I don't know why.
