I really the brightness of the pillow cases. I made a couple of them and I use them and gave as gifts. They just add a bit of sunshine to your day or night. They also come out so finished and neat. I have picked out some material from my stash and I am making for gifts.

I have never sold at a craft fair but people have ask for them...at least $10.00 each. People have paid it so far. Cost of plain white one in the stores are quite expensive now.

Funny only because mine look too long.

Nice job they will be a big hit, I'm sure. If you wish to share, how much will you charge for these. If you don't wish to put a dollar amount on QB - e-mail me at [email protected]. I'm curious, as I'm thinking seriously about getting a table at my church's Holiday Fair in November. Thanks.

Cute cases Carrie! :)

sistahdebbra 08-19-2011 07:45 AM

My Gkids get one each year for Valentine, Easter, Halloween and Christmas and sometimes forno reason at all.
They even ask me to make them for their friends birthday gifts.

grannypat7925 08-19-2011 07:51 AM

Should sell well! Good luck!

Meme2six 08-19-2011 08:14 AM

These are wonderful. I'm planning on making some for Christmas gifts. Why should a pillow case be some humdrum solid fabric (like the ones on my bed :)).

I can't remember if it was here on the board but I got a wonderful idea the other day. The woman makes a pillow case to match a book to read for bedtime. I can't wait to do this for my grandchildren for Christmas. Don't know if she bought the fabric first or the book first.

reginalovesfabric 08-19-2011 08:41 AM

I love them and I've made over a 150 using Missouri quilt co tut
