Lawsonmugs contacted me because I sent her a PM to download a tutorial for a pincushion/sewing kit made from a Quaker Oats container that I had made. She posted a kind comment prior to my adding the tutorial and I thought that maybe she would like the instructions since she thought the pincushion was cute. After getting my PM she wanted my address. She wanted to thank me for the free pattern! Today in the mail I received a special surprise!
It is DARLING! I am posting a picture to share it with the rest of the board! I know that she made it and the striped fabric is perfect for the little chair pincushion. If you could actually hold it in your hand and look at it, you would be amazed! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Lawsonmugs! The seat opens up! There is a little ribbon on the back of it that lifts the seat. The quilting thread and snowman were inside! Pincushion Armchair from Lawsonmugs! |
