Love both of those quilts!! Which one do I get to keep???
I just love this quilt it realy pretty :)
Beautiful! I have never been a fan of the D9P.....until now. I think adding the sashing makes it look more "orderly". Thanks for sharing your great idea.
That's very pretty!
Thank you all for your sweet comments!! My goal is to get it quilted SOON, but I realy need to work on another one first! It is for our king size bed as a comfortor, so it is HUGE!!
I love this group! I am so inspired, daily! Susan |
They both look great!!!! All these great disappearing nine patches really have me wanting to make one.
oooh very nice!!! I have that pattern, but still need to find the time to make it... I WILL make that quilt someday!
Very striking!
Love that quilt. I had thought about putting the dnp on point but didn't have the ambition to get it done. Yours is lovely.
Susan--I LOVE pink and brown quilts and your adaptation of the D9P is wonderful!! I love it on point and with sashing. I am going to have to put this in the back of my brain for a future quilt. Thanks for posting your lovely quilt!!

I love it - the colors are awesome and I really like what happened when you added sashing.
very nice quilts

Your dissapearing 9 patch is so pretty, I love your use of pinks and browns. And especially love it one point and sashed. I have made green and red blocks, and cut them and trying to figure out what to sash them with to get them this pretty, maybe camel...
love pink and brown..................
That turned out very well!
wow, i've never tried this with sashing, yours looks great
I like how it turned out also! Love the colors.
Beautiful quilt!!!
It's interesting how turning the squares on the diagonal completely changes how they "disappear". I like your colors and the overall look of this quilt. Like that sashing too with the alternating widths. Nice idea!!
Love this one.
Definitely love your quilt and love the fabrics. Wonderful job.
