Very nice. I generally put borders on my quilts too. It's like putting a frame around a picture. Sometimes they are small, sometimes they are wide and more detailed.

Well I decided not to put borders on....I can fit it perfectly on 2 ....2 yard cuts of fabric with out having to add a thrid peice....so that is what I am going to do with it..It will be quilted by sunday. Peicing backing tonight.

I think I like simple quilts the best! This one looks kind of old-fashioned--I love it! I think I'd go for some borders, too.

What a beautiful quilt. I love the colors. I like borders on my quilts.

Charismah, your quilts are beautiful and an inspiration for me. Excuse me for asking, but do you have a husband and kids? Maybe I am lazy or love my sleep too much, but I don't think I could manage all that! Thanks for sharing.

beautiful quilt!! you are an inspiration to us all. i think i'm going to have to try this one for myself. my vote, no border. i think it'll take away the great visual effect that's going on with it! i bet you'll love it.

I am totally in amazement that you quilters can make one in a day or even a week; takes me forever; beautiful quilt and colors; think no border would look good.

It's very pretty!! I would def put a border or two on it!!Did you see the borders on the Lemoyne Star Quilt a few days ago?? I thought that effect was really cool!!
