Pinwheels
 

A few weeks ago, jillmc posted her Interlocking Batik Pinwheels. I liked it so much, and since she mentioned it was from a jelly roll book, figured they were 2-1/2" half-sq triangels. I made a charity quilt from some fat quarters and bits and pieces. I wish I had used something other than the red for the interlocking circles, I think black would have been better, but some child will like it, I'm sure.

I think it turned out great love pinwheels and stars they are my favorite. Love the interlocking links.

I love this pattern and the colors are great!

The pattern is "Pinwheel Paradise" by Laura Coons from the book Jelly Roll Dreams -- I copied from a picture that was posted a few weeks ago on the board and called interlocking bnatik pinwheels and this is what the gal said the pattern was.

I think it is adorable, love the colors, the pinwheels really seem to come to life.
