Second shelf down, I would use the firsst brown with the brown, pink and blue stripe (3rd from left) and the use the pink or blue on the same shelf as an accent color. I'd also use the first 2 blue on top shelf with 2 blues on 2nd shelf and the plaid on the third shelf--you could probably do more that one with these mixes.

Looks like you have plenty of suggestions to keep you busy. Just wanted to wish you well...you are a sweetie to do this...so sending you lots of quilting inspiration and a big dollop of energy! Don't forget to show us when you are done.

I think you need to make a couple of your "Man Quilt" in a smaller size! That was awesome! And you can make it in different colors.

those plaids say large log cabin to me. i could see the blues, browns and mint greens in pinwheels or rail fence. :)

Turning twenty is a great pattern, and quick! i like it best with all different fabrics -- (20 blocks x 3 squares per block = 60 fabrics).

A great way to use up scraps. And, it looks so 'down home'!

Have you tried the 10 minute block? I just started on one and its realy quick and easy - only 3 seams saw the tutorial on Youtube.
