These are fabrics my daughter picked up at Walmart. She cut and sewed the squares into rows, then brought the rows to me to cut the set in triangles. I cut and pinned them on each end of the rows so she wouldn’t get mixed up, also labeling rows in order. She had also brought me at the same time her backing fabric and batting. After she had came a few times and each time I reminded her that her triangles were pinned on and ready for her to finish, she would always say I’ll get them later. Well hubby and I concluded she wasn’t going to get them until mom finished it for her. So….it’s 65.5x95.5 she cut her squares 6.5 inches and I added the 5 inch border after sewing the set in triangles. She bought 6.5 yards of 45 in fabric and I had just enough for the borders, backing and binding. Of course, the backing has two seams where I pieced.

Another beautiful quilt! I am sure she will be thrilled that you helped her finish this beauty, as my daughter says it’s always says, it’s better when mom does thing's.

I love that quilt. Especially how you sprinkled the side triangle fabrics into the quilt design too. background effect!

She chose some lovely colors. It sounds like we have related daughters. Mine would wait for me to finish too
