Please post pictures of your mug rugs that you have made or received so we can have one spot to enjoy looking at the cool Mug Rugs. Thanks Everyone! This is the one I made using the Lil Twister Ruler. I made mine from a charm pack and fat quarter for the backing. I used warm and natural batting. Pattern: Lil Twister Ruler (directions in the package) you can buy the pattern online or ask your Local Quilt Shops (LQS) If you found the pattern online free (please post the link so we can also enjoy the free pattern) If it is from a book or pattern that you buy, post that information so we can also try to find it to buy the cool patterns. Also I have been saving links for free patterns, tutorials and pictures of mug rugs on my pages here on the Quilting Board and will post the link if you want to look at my growing list. http://www.quiltingboard.com/user_page.jsp?upnum=1692 |

I've posted these on another thread, but these are the only ones I've made--for a dear aunt. She loved them especially the pansies on the back side that you can't see!

That reminds me that I need to make a few more as gifts.
These were my first attempts. |
