Do you start the quilt in the middle or at the top? I have many 3" sq and I use them up that way.

Boy did you get me thinking when I was going through my scrap bag yesterday!!! I was cutting up fabric for the signie swap and started seeing all these 1 1/2" strips. IF I end up SOMEDAY doing this, its all your fault!!! :lol: :lol:

This is the ultimate test of patience; and it turned out just gorgeous! I was at a flea market last year, and found a TATW that is hand pieced and all hand sewn; took me 3 seconds to get out the $10 she was asking; cannot imagine someone selling that. Crazy.

I was taking pictures of it yesterday because I'm entering it into our local guild's quilt show in a few weeks. The size is 81x81. That's 6,561 pieces! It's a fun one to make.
