Wait for your book to arrive - there is a section giving excellent advice and help for choosing fabrics.

Absolutely agree... :-D

This quilt is lovely - it's interesting to see one oriented with the half hexes top and bottom - I usually put mine along the sides, no reason, just habit! :lol:

Really beautiful! The back is stunning as well. Great "practice" quilt; I can only hope my first one comes out as well. lol
