I am taking the craftsy video course with Angela Walters - Free-Motion Quilting with Feathers - anyway I am practicing my feathers on this baby quilt - they aren't perfect but I am doing it. :thumbup: Yay...I am hoping they get better as I go along. I am using my HQ Avante - I've had my machine for about 3 1/2 yrs - but feel like I am just getting the hang of it - I use groovy boards a lot - since reading Angela Walters book and taking both her classes on craftsy - I really feel like I can do this - I have so much more confidence after taking those classes - would highly recommend them to everyone.

Very nice - I just started Beyond the Basics - need to print out the materials list and start practicing tomorrow. This is another class I would like to take.
