Love your answer space. How did you get the little quilts to hang on the line? And how do I get a picture on the side like you did? I'm from MInnesota, live in FLorida now.

With the first one I saw a pillow in a store and was intrigued by it so I went home and tried my hand at it. The second one was merely trying to do another one just a little different. The colors are to match my bedroom because I have these on my bed.

Really a nice idea. But when spuares are folded in that fashion they are called, Somerset Patches, according to Jennie Rayment in her book Tucks Textures & Pleats.

quiltaroni 05-24-2011 04:18 AM

What a wonderful way to use prairie points.

Zephyr 05-24-2011 05:23 AM

Very nice. I made one just from looking at pillows that matched the bedspreads. Mine looks pretty but I didn't plan ahead and finish them off at the sides like yours. Nice job!

rwquilts 05-24-2011 05:29 AM

callie 05-24-2011 05:32 AM
