Our church makes these, too. We add a spiral bound book with the names of those who tied a knot and prayed for the recipient.

What a beautiful ministry you have. I'm sure these are loved and appreciated.

Your prayer quilts are so nice!! You did a great job on them!

I like that idea. At our church, the ladies meet and work on their quilts. If it's a crocheted one, each person, when their quilt is finished, gives a length of yarn to someone else making one to incorrporate in theeir design or edging. The priest or deacon blesses them before they're given out.
By the way, Charisma, who useed to be on this board a lot, has a diagram of a quilted cross she puts on thre back. |
very nice prayer quilts... they look very comforting.

Blessings to you for making these beautiful prayer quilts that brings so much comfort to those in need.

Your prayer quilts are beautiful! As a recipient of a prayer quilt when I was gravely ill they are a wonderful example to represent how prayers help those in need.
