great idea... nice

I love this - also I like to wrap in tissue paper then add a ribbon or cute little stickers to close up the package - very nice.

I have made a pillow case and put quilt inside with ribbon to tie. I did this on a baby quilt

Last year I made a quilt for everyone who attended our 50th anniversary party. Between sewing, cleaning,sewing cooking, sewing you get the idea ---- I ran out of time & energy to wrap gifts, so i put them all in plastic supermarket bags, or clean garbage bags. When distributing I explained time factor and said It was "Polish Gift Wrap" All were of Polish decent amd our immmigrent grand parents referred to brown bags as Polish suitcases. No one cared due to pretty quilt inside.

This is a lovely idea, thanks for sharing. I would love to see the purple quilt opened up.
