These are 2 quilts I just finished. The first is Primavera which means Spring in Italian and the second is The-block of the month' that I won and had to figure out how to put the red and white Crossed Canoes together .

All I can say is WOW! You created some stunning quilts. The red one is outstanding and is a pattern I have never seen though I think part of it was made with the drunkards path template. Hope we see more of your work...it is wonderful.

I love that setting, too! It's like none I've ever seen before & really makes those blocks sing! I love your "Primavera", too. Pardon the pun, but... it looks good enough to eat! Great job on both of these beauties!!!

Narda H. 07-21-2012 03:15 PM

Thank you so much for the compliments! Not really a pattern per say. I won the blocks and went on my EQ6 to configure and this is what happened. It wasn't too hard , I appliqued the circles and fused them with double sided facing, then surfaced sewed them down. I feel like I cheated a little bit. But hey, I learned something new.

Blinkokr 07-21-2012 03:19 PM

Both are just lovely, great job and thank you for sharing
Have a Blessed night
Ellen
