Pumpkin Season
1 Attachment(s)
It has been soooo hot here, until yesterday....I did some Fall stitching to beat the heat.
Pattern is Pumpkin Season available at the Pattern Basket. Aurifil 40wt to FMQ on my domestic machine. Grands had fun arranging the little orange squares-some very vintage pieces in this Pumpkin! |
Very Pretty. The Great Pumpkin would love to see it .
|
Awesome quilting on your domestic. What talent.

Ohhhhhh, I like it. Nice job with fabric selection--just love those purple stars. Yesterday, we have a cold front come through and though it only got to 92 during the day, the evening and morning were 68 or so. Greetings from Texas.
Thanks for sharing. Karen |

What a great way to beat the heat...stitching a fall project! I have a pumpkin ufo project waiting to be finished.
Your quilting designs really enhance your piecing. I like your fabric choices as well...especially for the bird. :) |
That is absolutely precious!
beautiful colors, beautiful quilting! |
Love this...will have to order the pattern. Thank you for posting such a wonderful little quilt.

Well done!
|
Love this. The colors are great and I really like the pattern.

I did not read your post closely and I assumed that you had blended two lovely patterns, pumpkin and the bird that I so often see here. Then I read it again after others mentioned purchasing the pattern. Duh, on me. :p But none the less, a fun use of all of those little orange squares and a charming bird. Having the help of kiddos is always fun. Good memories for all.

And omg it's been so hot! Glad we're having a respite. When it gets like that I'm in my sewing room in AC comfort :) |
