My Daughter picked out the Fabric and the pattern. I also made some Pillow Cases . I do not know if I would make another Turning Twenty. I thought the beautiful Batiks deserved more attention.

It is really lovely. It is a more modern looking quilt with the larger blocks. My daughter hates fussy little stuff and would think this is perfect. This is what the younger hip crowd loves right now.

Love the colors.....purple is my favorite color next to pink. She will cherish it.

I think Turning 20 quilts are just the best way for anyone to start, a good way to make us look like we did a lot of work, and is an all around simple way to make a quilt in a weekend and feel like we actually accomplished something. I turn 9 for a 50" square lap quilt for use for Project Linus. It works and is easily finished from start to end in one day.

I like the idea of the larger squares. It allows you to see the fabric better and appreciate it, which I do. It seems like a vibrant but restful quilt, if that makes sense.
