It's a pattern from Carol Doak, it's called the Alaskan Star, the last border is really purple just looks blue on here.

Oh thank you so much everyone for all of the kind words, my advise would be to be patient with paper piecing and you'll get the hang of it in no time. The worst part now is coming and that's to turn it over and take all the paper off, a tip I learned from here is to spray it with a little water to loosen up the paper some, that has helped ALOT.
