Sister wanted a Purple/Teal purse for a friend, with her initial on it.
This is what I came up with.
I had a hard time shopping for "teal" seems it comes in a wide range, anything from aqua to torquise. Found what I needed in batiks!
I bought 5 fabrics in this color range that all worked together. I had a REALLY hard time cutting into them.
I don't know this person.... So I have posted the pictures and am waiting for my Sis to see them, and hoping she likes them.

Tempting to surprise her with the left over fabric and see what i can make. Just strip it with my other like colors... Looks good in my head anyway.

I enjoy the pattern. to me it is like a base model, and you get to do all kinds of upgrades to make the purse more you.
Add embroidery, buttons, magnetic snaps, longer/shorter handles

YOu get the basics, and they let the cerativity flow.
