Very nice....I am so jealous of your quilting skills....am just starting FMQ and can see there is lots of practicing in my future...luckily I am making quilts for charity and I don't think they will care how good or bad my quilting is! LOL

Each strip is quilted and then joined together. It is far easier to quilt a single strip this way. I really struggled with my first quilt, but then it was a king sized sampler quilt. |

Very nice. A nondiscript color of fabric is th best way to show off the great quilting. That is about the only way I like all over quilting. I alwys stitch the ditch.

So0rry Im so dense. I did some quilt as you go as lap quilts for my grandkids but the werent as nice as yours. I started with a piece pf backing and then batting and then I sewed strips across. They are cute for kids but yours is much nicer.
