love your baby quilt... I forget about that technique. Your quilt is adorable.

Great job! I can see the baby enjoying this quilt for many years.

I really like your quilt. Very happy quilt with all the colors! It is a perfect quilt for babies. You have inspired me to start a box of 2" squares. (and also put my 2.5" candy squares to good use). The white really makes the colors pop and blends all the scraps together. Thanks for the idea of using a white strip to piece with the color squares.

Great quilt. It is so bright and crisp looking. We all need a quick 'go-to' quilt. You can certainly personalize it with the backing. Great job.

I made a top similar to this one. I bought a pack of Kaffe charm squares and cut them into fourths, and use white 2.5 inch squares. Turned out great, just like yours.

Bought it from a seller on Etsy, several years back. Sorry I don't know the name or manufacturer of the fabric for you.

I love scrappy quilts! As a beginner, I'm still learning new methods, so really love the idea of sewing the squares to a strip. I knew about doing crumb quilts that way, but this is a "lightbulb" moment :)

Your quilt is beautiful.

bright and cheerful and I love your backing!

There are so many great shortcuts! Check out some of Bonnie Hunter's patterns, as well as Jenny Doan's, and Eleanor Burns'. They are all Shortcut Queens. I learned so much from them.
