The quilt of 1000 mistakes
2 Attachment(s)
This is my first finished quilt, for friends who are fostering a baby they hope to adopt. I made SO MANY MISTAKES! But I learned a lot for the next one. The back is asymmetrical thanks to some good advice I got here. The quilting is awful and my binding stitches are AWFUL. But the cats like it, and I think the parents will too.

Well, when it's cat approved it can't be all wrong then can it? I think it very nice and one thing about babies they never notice the quilting just the bright colors . The parents will love the quilt and the thought behind it. Thanks for posting.

Congratulations! to actually finishing and learning .... I'm sure it will be well loved by the parents and baby. Many blessings to them.
Now the cats are calling for their own quilts! |
I don't see any mistake and it sure looks nice.

Yes, it is stamped "Cat Approved"! You did a very nice job on the quilt and the parents will love it because you made it with LOVE!

Thank God there are mistakes! We learn (well, some of us do) and grow and realize that perfection is not accomplished in the human world. Very nice!

I think it looks lovely. And if the kitties approve who's to say otherwise?? lol
