This is my first finished quilt, for friends who are fostering a baby they hope to adopt. I made SO MANY MISTAKES! But I learned a lot for the next one. The back is asymmetrical thanks to some good advice I got here. The quilting is awful and my binding stitches are AWFUL. But the cats like it, and I think the parents will too.

Well, when it's cat approved it can't be all wrong then can it? I think it very nice and one thing about babies they never notice the quilting just the bright colors . The parents will love the quilt and the thought behind it. Thanks for posting.

Thank God there are mistakes! We learn (well, some of us do) and grow and realize that perfection is not accomplished in the human world. Very nice!
