The quilt and bed frame are both beautiful and complement each other quite nicely. I'm glad you're home from the hospital and feeling better. My husband has A fib and it's difficult at times and frustrating. Being in the hospital is never fun, but you found a way to work through it and ended up with a beautiful quilt, but oh the cutting you must have done!!

nice job and glad to hear you are on the road to recovery

It's like they say -- if you have some ugly fabric you just haven't cut it into small enough pieces. You took your anger and cut it into little pieces and something beautiful resulted.
I like how you put that! Thanks you!! |
The amount of work that goes into a quilt is really brought home when you consider the number of pieces that go into one. I'm amazed at your resiliance! Your hubby did a great job on the bed frame, too. You are both very talented.

great looking combination!

The bed, and the quilt looks like a lot of work, you both did a great job. I hope you are doing well now, I had some bad things that happened to me, and I was a mess, I felt like every thing was my fault. I had friends to help me out of my depression, and they said it was not me that caused the problems. I didn't work on my bags or quilts for three months, I just couldn't do any thing, but sleep and cry.

both are beautiful

It's tough, isn't it, when our body fails us. I am dealing with a different type of medical problem but the result is the same: anger and unhappiness that I can't sit and quilt when I want to. So glad you are off meds. Back surgery may be in my future and that is frightening!.

You and hubby are to be commended. Fabulous quilt and fabulous bed! So glad you're feeling better!

Both are beautiful! Kudos to both of you!
