I have just finished the french braid for my friend. It was four years ago I told her I would make a quilt for her. She wanted lots of color, went to visit her this weekend. She love it.

Hi K Thanks. The color strips are cut 5in by 2in. The black are 2in. Sew black sq. on each color stdip. then follow pattern for french braid. Maybe some know were to direct you to a site for the pattern. I am no to good on explaining patterns. I don't have one .
