I have been looking at this tutorial now for over a year. Last year I went to my first retreat. I did have a table to myself, but still not enough room to put my tabletop ironing board. We had lots of floor space, but I don't want to take a full size ironing board, it's a little trip and I carry a lot of things in my outback for others as well. So, last night I made the tv tray ironing board! It will fit perfect in between a few tables for those that are pressing blocks, freeing up the large boards for bigger pieces and tops!

I so want to make one but need to find a wooden tv tray first. Yours is cute.

super cute and what a neat idea! My husband, daughter, and i live in an apartment and while its a good size, a full size ironing board tends to get in the way. I love it! thanks for sharing! it's wonderful!

That is really neat, where did you find the tutorial?

Adorable fabric! I need to make a little cover for my boring tv tray ironing board. I am gla dit worked out well. I am thinking of taking it to sewing class but that would mean I need an iron too.

That is so neat. I saw one on Better Home & Garden.com. They do not give you instructions. I was also thinking of making one.
