I don't think you need to be a sea turtle lover to love this quilt. I do love sea turtles though.
Your quilt is outstanding. Love all those batiks in it and how you echo quilted around the turtles is like ripples in the water. Your neice is going to flip over this wonderful quilt. |

Thanks everyone! It was great fun to make. Yes, the turtles are pieced. Glad you guys like the echo around the turtles. Turtles moving on water was what I was going for. My niece is having a hard to waiting for me to get it in the mail. She is ready to have it on her bed. :)

Great job - I am sure she will LOVE it. I can just imagine going to bed and dreaming I was laying on a beach and watching the turles in the ocean.
