I too cried a little reading that story. Im so glad you were able to make a quilt for him, clearly it meant more to him then anything else could. It's beautiful as well :)

Wow! They say, "there are no coincidences". Everything happens for a reason. What a wonderful story and such a king gesture for you to agree to do this for him (then just a stranger to you). There is so much good and love in this world, we just need to listen to the sounds that are out there telling us to "love one another. right now!" Love this heartwarming story.
