Beautiful quilt, and thank you for making it for a veteran. I think different organizations have different processes for distributing the quilts. I have read that some get to choose.

My husband received a Quilt of Valor and they simple walked up and were handed a quilt which was beautiful and now treasured. Maybe some places do it differently.

That is beautiful. Some service member will be thrilled with this one.
